Shipping for Canvases
Continental U.S. shipping for 8" x 10" or
11" x 14" canvas is $30.00 per canvas.
International shipping for 8" x 10" or
11" x 14" canvas is $35.00 per canvas.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping for Other Media
Continental U.S. shipping for sketches, acrylic or watercolor pictures is $6.00.
(If you order more than one piece, I can combine the shipping. )
Shipping Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
Shipments are made via USPS.
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after final payment has been processed.
Tracking information will be provided when applicable.
Signature will be required for orders over $750.00.
Expedited Shipping
If you need faster shipping, just let me know, and I can either adjust the listing price or invoice you for the difference. You can contact me through the Contact form at the top of the menu or email me directly at: leslie@lbowmanstudios.com.
International Shipments
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance will be provided for international shipments.
Please contact me within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order so we can resolve it. All sales are considered final three days after delivery if you do not contact me.
Some items are non-returnable. Please make your selections carefully.
Returns must be postmarked within five days after receipt. Please contact me for the return address before shipping. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A returned item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. If the item is new, unused and in good condition, a full refund of the item price will be given. If the item shows obvious signs of wear, has stains, tears, is soiled or has absorbed scents such as perfume or cigarettes, no refund will be issued.
Please notify me immediately if there is any damage incurred in shipping and keep the damaged box.
Custom orders are considered final sales. Please contact me at leslie@lbowmanstudios.com if there is an issue.
