This Hand Knit Gray Cabled Cardigan was knit with merino wool, so it is incredibly soft.  Merino wool is almost silky in its softness and won't scratch at all.  The Cardigan has a deep V neck. Along both front sides, it has three vertical rows of circle and bar cables that are reminiscent of sturdy chain link. There are both left and right set in pockets with ribbing along their tops. The sleeves are set in with ribbed cuffs that can be rolled if necessary.

The heathered color of this Gray Cabled Cardigan resembles granite with flecks of dark and light along with its strong, medium gray tone. It fastens with seven, matching color buttons. They too are made of flecked gray and have a fascinating texture. The buttons are not entirely smooth, but have the feel of a stone worn down by a stream...just the slightest hint of coarseness to them.
