Boy's shirt is made of light blue, 100% cotton fabric with white contrasting collar and cuffs. The collar is a stand collar and has collar stays to keep it in place when worn either with or without a tie.  There is a pocket on the left side sewn with reinforced stitching at the corners.  The long sleeves have soft pleats and open with a continuous lap.  Cuffs fasten with a single button.  The shirt has a yoke that extends to the front and back, and the back is pleated for extra comfort.  The bottom has a shirttail hem.
